Having worked with DPM since its foundation in 2015, Dean is an experienced Project Director, with a background in mechanical systems and project execution. With a career spanning over 25 years, he has worked with Darren for 20 years. Dean and Darren delivered many spectacular projects, still filling the London city skyline today. Dean has successfully managed numerous projects and has fostered strong relationships with clients, contractors and team members: ensuring that all projects run smoothly from inception to completion.

Gareth Scott

Senior Project Manager

Gareth brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role of Project Manager at DPM, with an impressive 24 years in the industry. Over four years working with DPM, he has successfully led several high-profile projects, meeting both client expectations and industry standards. Gareth leads his team to ensure seamless delivery of projects, working within tight deadlines.

Qualifications – Level 2 NVQ, Level 6 NVQ Construction Management, Signaller Course Full Duties, Practical Lifting & Slinging Beneath the Hook, PASMA, SSSTS, SMSTS, First Aid, IPAF, Health & Safety.

Josh Kennedy

Senior Project Manager

With two decades’ experience in the mechanical industry, Josh is a skilled project manager at DPM – known for his ability to lead teams and successfully deliver projects to our clients. To date, Josh has successfully delivered eight projects for DPM. He effectively manages his team and maintains clear communication with clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Kirk Watts

Senior Project Manager

Kirk is an experienced Project Manager with 25 years’ experience in the industry. After joining DPM in 2020, he has overseen three major mechanical projects, ensuring each one met milestones and delivered value to DPM clients. Kirk’s extensive background in mechanical engineering means he approaches projects with a unique combination of technical insight and strategic foresight.

Qualifications – NVQ L3 in Heating and Ventilation Industrial & Commercial, NVQ Level 7 in Senior Construction Management PASMA, IPAF, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall

Charlie Baxter

Project Manager

The newest member of the DPM team, Charlie, has  26 years of industry experience, including 12 years in site supervision and management. Proven track record delivering large-scale mechanical and plumbing packages for Tier 1 contractors such as Mace, Multiplex, and Sisk. Experienced in leading teams, coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications – NVQ 2 in plumbing, NVQ 3 in site supervision, SSSTS, PASMA, IPAF

Jack Warren

Senior Site Manager

Jack started with DPM back in 2020, and while here he has successfully overseen 5 major projects, demonstrating his strong leadership in site management. Jack’s commitment to delivering these projects with such high-quality results and his ability to manage his teams, paperwork etc…. makes him a key asset to our team.

• 50 Braoadway – complete 11 floor cat a + shell and core, boiler chiller and 3 ahu -from take offs to PC – 6 months
• Bankside yard – 4 floors Cat a 30 fcu per floor only take offs to PC – 3 months

John Green

Site Manager

John has been with DPM for several years, working on numerous, large-scale projects. Recently stepping into the role of Site Manager, John is now working on his third major project within his new leadership capacity, taking each project successfully from concept to completion. His journey from operative to Site Manager reflects his dedication, skill and understanding of the industry.

Jack Gannon

Site Manager

With over 15 years’ experience in the mechanical industry, nine of which have been with DPM, Jack has successfully navigated the journey from skilled operative to leadership. Throughout his time with DPM, Jack has worked across eight unique projects, prioritising safe and timely completion of each one. Jack is now working as a Site Manager, assisting our senior Project Mangers.

Qualifications – Level 2 NVQ, SSSTS, IPAF

James Kiely

Site Manager

An expert in site supervision, James has 29 years’ experience within construction. Since joining DPM in 2021, he has been dedicated to overseeing site operations, managing teams and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. He holds certifications in SSSTS, PASMA, IPAF and is committed to delivering quality outcomes, while prioritising safety and operational excellence.

Karen Christie

Administrator

Karen has been working with DPM for 10 years, Karen is a critical member of the DPM Team. Karen has an abundance of experience within office management and administration. Karen’s key duties are ensuring compliance, creating and maintaining key client reports and schedules. She is an integral part of DPM.

Shirin Phillips

Operations and Commercial

Shirin has been working with DPM since its foundation. With over 20 years’ experience in project management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the DPM team. Shirin has successfully introduced and embedded all DPM’s operational processes and oversees the team’s commercial department.

Tilli Murphy

Commercial Assistant

Tilli has been working with DPM for seven years. Initially part of the projects team, Tilli’s commercial experience was nurtured and developed over time, and she is now key part of the commercial team. Working with Wayne and Shirin, Tilli is also trained in the use of Asta Programming which is vital for DPM’s project management.

Wayne Barker

Commercial Manager

Wayne has been with DPM as Commercial Manager for two years. He has over 25 years of Quantity Surveying experience, initially working for Main Contractors and then for some of the country’s largest M&E contractors on some of the stand-out projects in London and Cambridge.
